Pricing and Payment

  • Can we extend our free trial?

    Sure! We understand testing new software alongside doing your day job can be tricky – we’re flexible and happy to help. But we recommend booking in a demo to help you make the most of your time playing with the software.

  • Do you offer any custom packages?

    Yes, please speak to one of Customer Success Managers.

  • How do you accept payment?

    Direct debit, B.A.C.S and credit card.

  • What’s your cancellation policy?

    We have a 30-day notice period so we recommend you cancel on the day of your last payment to us. If you don’t then your payment may roll on for another month - sorry! But we like to think it’s a lot more flexible than the industry standard of 90 days (!).
