Pricing and Payment

Can we extend our free trial?

Sure! We understand testing new software alongside doing your day job can be tricky – we’re flexible and happy to help. But we recommend booking in a demo to help you make the most of your time playing with the software.

Do you offer any custom packages?

Yes, please speak to one of Customer Success Managers.

How do you accept payment?

Direct debit, B.A.C.S and credit card.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We have a 30-day notice period so we recommend you cancel on the day of your last payment to us. If you don’t then your payment may roll on for another month – sorry! But we like to think it’s a lot more flexible than the industry standard of 90 days (!).

Is Capium an approved HMRC MTD supplier?

Yes, we are one of a small number of suppliers approved by HMRC for MTD.

Is your software recognised by HMRC and Companies House?

Is the cloud secure or not?

Yes, we work with Microsoft Azure to ensure your data is in a compliant and secure zone.

What browsers are you compatible with?

Google Chrome is our preferred browsers; however we are compatible with all of the major internet browsers.

Do you have bank data import options?

Yes, you can manually import bank transactions via CSV.

Can you import data from other software?

Yes, you can manually import data via CSV. API integrations with our major providers is on its way.

Do you have bank feeds? What banks do you support?

Yes, we do have bank feeds and we support all major UK banks through the open banking interface.

Is there an additional cost for more user licences?

No unlike our competitors we offer unlimited user licences.

Will you provide any data transfer support from old to new?

Yes, please speak to one of Customer Success Managers.

Is the software compatible with Macs?

Yes, it’s cloud-based software so can support all operating systems.
