In this tab, you have to add the invoices related to purchase every time you receive the new bill. Just click over the “Add First Purchase Invoice” in case this is the first ever invoice your creating for the selected company. Or Click over the “Add New Purchase” if you have already made any purchase in the past.
You can’t make the payment for a purchase from “Payment List” tab once you have made the payment through the “Payments”.
You can’t edit a purchase from the “Purchase List”, once you have made the payment for that particular purchase transaction from the “Payments” tab.
Note: Once you have made the payment through the “Payments” with respect to a particular purchase, you can’t make the payment for that particular purchase from the Purchase List anymore.
